  Timeless Classics car club Meeting Notes August 2, 2010
Hi Folks,
There were 29 members at the Aug 2nd meeting. Final preparations for the car show flea market slated for this Sunday, August 8th at Richard’s Auto were made. We have a large number of club members who have helped put this together. It is a lot of work to put on an event like this. Also we have a large list of Sponsors this year. Thanks to all the people who gave their time and energy to work for the club Car Show. Please pass the word around to you friends and neighbors to remind them of the show. We hope to have a large turnout this year. There is still time to gather up your wares and bring them to sell. Vendor spaces are free to club members. Reminder to club members: Cost to enter the show is $5 (this will get you a dash plaque) Club members will not have their car judged. There will be no car corral this year. If you want to sell a car, just put a sign on it. A ballet will be given to each entrant to select the top ten picks. Voting must be turned in by 2 pm. Awards will be given at 3 pm. Cars must be on the fields by noon. There will be 20 trophies given plus one best of show. Don’t forget the car club picnic scheduled for August 22nd at the Warrick’s drag strip . Arrive around 10 am. Please bring a dish to pass and your lawn chairs. If you are a member, you will be able to drag your cars on the strip. If we get rained out, please come to Ron Warrick’s house on Montana Road and we will set up in the garage. Our next meeting will be held on August 30th at 7 pm at Richard’s Auto. The September meeting would have come on Labor Day. Make a note of the date change. Hope to see you Sunday at the car show. Donna Warrick- secretary 594-8456 PS.
